$140 billion a year to protect 30% of the planet from destruction

In 2020, humanity is living with the consequences of its broken relationship with nature. We see it through climbing temperatures, harsh weather conditions, rapidly declining number of species and plastic pollution, to name a few. But if we were able to take just a fraction of the world’s spendings and invest it back into the planet, we could protect its 30% from destruction and slow down climate change.
