Are booster jabs unfair to poorer nations in need of vaccinations?

Studies show the protection provided by Covid-19 vaccines may fade over time. That’s why Germany has announced a booster jab campaign. The UK and France too. Israel is already going ahead. But the World Health Organisation says supplies should go to poorer countries. Is a third vaccination dose in wealthy nations really justified?
