Blinken and UK’s Lammy consider permitting Ukraine to use weapons in Russia

After Antony Blinken pledged over $700 million in aid to Ukraine, the US Secretary of State and UK Foreign Minister David Lammy convened to discuss the possibility of allowing Ukraine to strike targets on Russian territory using weapons supplied by its allies.
