China narrows scope for trade deal

Chinese and U.S. negotiators are preparing to restart long-stalled trade talks in Washington this week. Now we are learning China is going into the talks with new reluctance about a broader trade deal. Bloomberg’s Derek Wallbank reports on “Bloomberg Daybreak: Asia.”
