Eurogroup welcomes with nuances to suspend the fiscal rules for 2023

The countries of the eurozone were in favor of maintaining the fiscal rules suspended also in 2023 to face the Russian invasion of Ukraine although Germany and Netherlands warned that even in this scenario, the reduction of the debt and the deficit should continue.
