Is a regime change possible in Belarus?

The panel argues whether Belarus still is a paternalistic country as well as Lukashenko’s strong power base that will make it difficult to push for a new leader. They stress that the turning point for the Belarusian society has been Covid-19 because people have started to mobilise within the society and no longer need this paternalistic state.
