Debate on the situation of refugees at EU external borders on Wednesday evening
MEPs will quiz the Council and the Commission about the treatment of migrants and asylum-seekers at the EU’s external borders, on Wednesday from 20.00.
The alleged violent pushbacks at the Croatian-Bosnian border, the situation at the land border between Greece and Turkey and at the Spanish border between Morocco and Ceuta and Melilla are likely to be discussed.
The terrible conditions facing refugees stranded in Libyan detention centres are also likely to be raised by MEPs.
