European Diversity Month 2021

Each year in May, the European Commission organises the European Diversity Month to show its commitment to diversity and inclusion at the workplace and in society. The purpose of the European Diversity Month is to strengthen the impact of the work of national Diversity Charters and to reinforce and highlight the commitment of signatory organisations to diversity and inclusion.
This year, in accordance with the EU Anti-racism Action Plan, the European Diversity Month will focus on promoting racial and ethnic diversity at the workplace.
The objective of DG JUST is for 2,500 diversity events to be organised by companies and public institutions during the European Diversity Month 2021.
