Agenda highlights
In public session, the Council will hold a policy debate on the next multiannual financial framework. It is also expected to adopt conclusions on the Commission’s reflection paper “Towards a sustainable Europe by 2030”.

Under Article 7(1) of the Treaty on European Union (TEU), ministers will discuss the state of play regarding the rule of law in Poland and respect for EU values in Hungary.
