Media advisory – Brussels VII Conference on Supporting the future of Syria and the region of 15 June 2023
The VII Brussels Conference on Supporting the future of Syria and the region will take place on Thursday 15 June in the Europa building. Address: Rue de la Loi 155/Wetstraat 155, 1040-Brussels.
Registration
Media representatives wishing to cover the meeting in person are required to register in advance, following this link:

Under certain conditions, there will be the possibility for a late accreditation. For more information, please also consult the Media accreditation page.
Media representatives are strongly advised to apply as soon as possible to allow for sufficient time to process the requests.
Media representatives in possession of the European Council annual badge will also be able to access this event’s media opportunities. No additional registration is required.
Badge Collection
Applicants will receive an automatic confirmation email when their badges will be accepted. Access badges can be collected at the main accreditation desk of the Justus Lipsius builidng (Address: Rue de la Loi 175/Wetstraat 175, 1040-Brussels), as from Tuesday 13 June, at 14:00. On Wednesday 14 and Thursday 15 June, badges can be collected from 8:00 to 18:00.
Media opportunities
A detailed programme will be published at a later stage. Depending on the sanitary conditions and the need to guarantee a safe working environment for everyone, please note that opportunities such as roundtables or doorsteps may be restricted to media pools.
In case capacity limitations apply, in particular for the doorsteps areas, priority would be given to reporters (i.e. journalists asking questions). Host camera and sound services will be available in the area.
