Sevilla Process: Science at the heart of the green transition
As part of the European Green Deal, the Sevilla Process is based on scientific evidence and consensus to achieve environmental objectives. It promotes the exchange of information between Member States, concerned industries, non-governmental organisations and services of the European Commission on Best Available Techniques for an integrated prevention and control of environmental pollution from agro-industrial activities. The objective of the information exchange is to assist the efficient implementation of the Industrial Emissions Directive across the European Union.
