Cesare runs the Secretariat of the European Tech Alliance and coordinates its working groups on Platforms and Competition policy issues. At FleishmanHillard, he advises a range of clients in diverse sectors in the areas of platform regulation, competition and cloud. Prior to joining FleishmanHillard, Cesare worked in EU public affairs at AmazonWeb Services and gained experience at the European Commission’s Directorate-General for Trade (DG TRADE).
