Annica Ryngbeck is a Policy & Advocacy Adviser at Social Platform, the largest alliance of representative European federations and networks of non-governmental organisations active in the social sector. Social Platform and its members are committed to the advancement of the principle of equality, solidarity, non-discrimination and promotion and respect of fundamental rights for all in Europe. Annica has more than ten years of professional experience of policy, advocacy and representation. Her expertise make up a broad and long knowledge of equality, anti-discrimination, empowerment, leadership and participatory democracy. She holds a B.A. and a M.A. in International Migration and Ethnic Relation from Malmö University in Sweden.
