Arnoldas Pranckevičius is Adviser for the EP President Schulz Cabinet for External relations on matters concerning the Eastern Partnership, Russia, the Baltic/Nordic dimension, the Western Balkans and Asia. Prior to this engagement, he advised EP President Jerzy Buzek on Eastern policy, EU Enlargement strategies, as well as on security and defence issues. He worked as an Administrator for both the Committee on Foreign Affairs and the Inter-parliamentary Delegation of the European Parliament. Before joining the European Institutions, Arnoldas Pranckevičius worked as an Adviser for the President of Lithuania. He holds a Master in European Studies from the Institut d’Etudes politiques of Paris, a Bachelor in International relations from the Colgate University, as well as a degree in Journalism from the Vilniaus Universitetas.
