Clarke John

John Clarke was until last month Director for International Relations at the European Commission DG AGRI, and the EU’s chief agriculture negotiator. In a career spanning forty years he has been previously Head of the EU Delegation to the WTO and UN in Geneva, while from the 1980s he worked for the government of Hong Kong, part of the team engaged in making Hong Kong a developed economy by the 1990’s.
