Dr Eva Barteková is a policy analyst based at the OECD Environment Directorate, where she contributes to the work on environmental policy design and evaluation. Her primary research lies at the intersection of digitalisation and circular economy transition. She manages technical support projects for the OECD member countries developing national circular economy strategies and roadmaps. Prior to joining the OECD, she has been involved in various assignments on topics of circular economy and resource nexus with focus on policies, disruptive technologies and new business models, across academia, private and non-governmental sectors.
