Fabienne Weibel is Head of Public Policy at BlaBlaCar. Previously she was Director of Government Relations for PayPal in EMEA and she managed the relationships with policy makers in the region. Before that, she has successively worked as legal counsel for eBay in France and as Head of Legal for PayPal in Southern/Eastern Europe. Before joining the eBay group, she was an associate at Franklin, a Paris-based law firm, where she was advising French and international High Tech companies operating in France. She has a degree in Business Law and English from the University of Paris X-Nanterre in France. Fabienne Weibel was a also a member of the Paris Bar.
