Frank Guldentops is Technical Asset Manager and has been working for more than 30 years for Covestro. Frank Guldentops and his team are responsible for implementing design for reliability and asset performance management in the Aniline greenfield project. He started his career in 1990 within the technical division of polycarbonates. In 1996, he switched to polycarbonates production as Shift Leader and became Production Manager in 2001. In 2006, he participated in the construction and start-up of new polycarbonate facilities in China. In 2009, he was assigned to develop and implement contractors’ management at the Covestro integrated site in Shanghai. In 2015, he was responsible for implementing the site maintenance efficiency project and in 2016 he became Head of site maintenance management.
