Raphael Hanoteaux works as a Senior Policy Advisor on Gas Politics within the Energy transition team in Brussels, which is focused on expediting the transition to clean and efficient energy systems and managing the inevitable decline of fossil fuels to reach a safe climate for all. He leads on the day-to-day research, stakeholder engagement and advocacy on gas policy. Prior to joining E3G, Raphael worked for CEE Bankwatch Network and for ENGIE. Raphael holds a MA in European Interdisciplinary studies from the College of Europe and in European Affairs from Sciences-Po Lille.
