Jocelyn Delatre is the Smart Mobility Manager at ACEA, the European Automobile Manufacturers’ Association, which represents the European car, van, truck and bus makers. He works on the policy and regulatory aspects of cooperative, connected and automated mobility. He holds degrees in law from the University of Paris 1 and from University College Dublin, where he lectured and carried out research prior to working for ACEA.
