Lyndsay joined (ISC)² full time in September 2015 after supporting their efforts in the EMEA region for over 12 years. Lyndsay has been part of the team that worked to help (ISC)² be recognised as the world’s and EMEA’s largest nonprofit body of cyber and information security professionals and to help establish its registered charity, the Center for Cyber Safety and Education. The Center provides an opportunity for all organisation to show their commitment to ensuring much needed public awareness, research and the next generation of professionals are developed for a safer cyber world. Lyndsay is actively involved in (ISC)2’s Global Information Security Workforce Study [4] research programme, which has tracked workforce growth and the trends impacting the development of the profession since 2004 and takes a particular interest in the barriers preventing women and all newcomers from entering the field.
