Josefin Meyer is Research Associate of the Macroeconomics Department at the German Institute (DIW Berlin). Her research focuses on Financial markets, Economic and Financial Crises, Sovereign Debt and Default. She holds a Ph.D. in Economics from the Munich Graduate School in Economics, a Master’s degree in Public Economics from the Free University Berlin and a Bachelor in Socioeconomics from the University of Hamburg. Her recent works focus on High Yield Markets, Global Commodity Markets and Sovereign Risk and on Trade and the differential impact on the wealth of nations.
