Rogard Pascal

Pascal Rogard is Counsellor for Telecommunications and Information Society for the  Permanent Representation of France to the European Union. Previously, as Head Of Office at the Ministry of Economy, Finance and Industry of the French Republic he was in charge of  competitiveness and innovation issues. He has also worked on economic regulatory affairs and in cartels controls  with special regard to the relations with the European Commission. He started his career in DG TRADE Where he was in charge of bilateral and multilateral negotiations. Pascal Rogard is also Delegation Chief to the European Bank of Investments and has published several  publications on EU economy and regulatory-related matters.
