Giuliano Fragnito is First Secretary of the Permanent Representation of Italy to the EU and deals with enlargement and EU accession negotiations. Prior to this position, he was First Secretary at the Italian Embassy in Addis Ababa. Giuliano Fragnito has also worked in the Directorate General for Development Cooperation and the Directorate General for Globalisation and Global Issues of the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
