Gregor Schroll studied law at the University of Cologne. After his studies he was awarded a master’s degree in business law with a focus on antitrust and competition law (LL.M.) and received a Doctorate degree (Dr. iur.) in the field of antitrust procedural law. Subsequently, he worked in antitrust law at DLA Piper for eight years where he focused on antitrust distribution law, market dominance issues, antitrust compliance and merger control. During his time at DLA Piper, Gregor Schroll spent several months in South Africa and Hong Kong advising clients of the firm with regard to European and German antitrust law. He has been with Zalando as Senior Legal Counsel in Antitrust & Distribution Law since mid-2021. In this capacity, he is primarily working on sales and antitrust law issues, antitrust law compliance and regulatory issues.
