Terpstra Tsjerk

With a solid background in agricultural policy, Tsjerk holds a degree from Wageningen University. He has spent 3 years as an assistant to an MEP in the European Parliament’s Agricultural Committee. He also worked for the Dutch national farmers’ association and worked with agricultural cooperatives in Nepal.  He expanded his knowledge to EU energy and climate policy at the Dutch industry association and joined the European Commission at the end of 2023 working on energy and climate related topics in agriculture.
